What is your return policy?
We are beholden to the return policies of our Print On Demand Partners. Please check these policies prior to submitting a return request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
How long does a typical Order take to arrive?
On Average 10 days. Some sooner, some a little longer. Think of the time as similar to amazon….maybe two or three days slower depending on the item. You can track your packages using the link sent to you in your purchase confirmation email.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. You can select this option at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website. You can also request assistance by contacting us. Responses to these requests might take up to 24 hours.
Can I change the shipping address after I place my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, you can change the shipping address by contacting us. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We will send you an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a refund or replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 1-year warranty on all of our products. If you experience any issues with your product, please contact us and we will arrange for a repair or a replacement.
What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
How do I leave a product review?
You can leave a product review by visiting the product page and clicking on the "Write a Review" button. Please note that all reviews are subject to moderation.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, you can return a product within 30 days of purchase if you change your mind. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
What do i need to bring to a maker Session?

After you schedule your session and receive a confirmation email, you now need to get ready for a fun, rewarding experience!
You will receive an automated reminder email 24hours before your scheduled appointment.
Mark will reach out with location details on the morning of your session. Sometimes Mark travels to you for a session!
The first session will primarily involve picture touch up and stenciling. You and Mark will spend 15 minutes or so going over stenciling techniques and the simple mistakes to avoid. After that, and to the best of his ability, Mark will leave you alone to make progress!
Music is a fantastic companion. You can request that the studio play music or simply bring your headphones and device - connect to the studio WIFI and off you go!
The studio typically has snacks and drinks lying around but if you prefer something particular please feel free to bring.
